Individual Therapy
I enjoy working with individuals of all ages to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. Whether it’s healing old hurts, processing grief and loss, improving satisfaction with your life, or changing frustrating habits; I can help. We’ll work together so that you can learn, grow, evolve, and heal.
Individual therapy sessions are 55-60 minutes in length. Frequency of treatment will vary based on individual need and presenting concern.
Family Therapy
Family Therapy is designed to reduce stress, improve communication, resolve conflict, strengthen ties between family members, and improve overall functioning of the family unit. It can be especially helpful when an immediate family member is struggling with an addiction, medical issues, or mental health issues. Not all family members need to be present in order for family therapy to be effective. Family therapy is about a framework, not how many people are present in the room.
Family sessions are 55-60 minutes in length and can often accompany individual therapy.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy aims to support couples in having the healthiest relationship possible. It often addresses ways to improve communication, understand criticism and defensiveness if present, develop conflict resolution skills (i.e fight fa)ir, and improve intimacy on all levels. The Gottman’s Sound Relationship House Theory is utilized to facilitate a stronger, healthier connection between partners.
